Funds for capital expenditures for local nonprofit organizations GRANT APPLICATIONS ARE CURRENTLY CLOSED Portland Rotary Charitable Trust Funds are granted to 501c3 organizations in the Portland-area that specifically focus on improving the quality of life of disadvantaged youth. Grants must be used for capital expenses. Grants typically range from $2,000 to $8,000. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis.
