Carolyn MacNaughton will present on the history and mission of Under Armour, its beautiful new Portland facility in Duniway Park, and its committment to each community in which it has a presence.
Carolyn MacNaughton is a Vice President in Under Armour’s Portland operations charged with growing the Women’s Footwear Business to be a dominant competitor in athletic footwear. She is also leading the growth of Under Armour’s Portland office as it establishes its presence in this region, building a team of talented innovators and footwear product creation experts.
Ms. MacNaughton has over 20 years of experience as a strategic leader in both management consulting and product creation organizations. Most notably she was a product creation executive at Nike for 10 years in various leadership roles and was a Principal at Oliver Wyman, a prominent strategic consulting firm. She is co-founder and Chairman of the Board of Wave Sensor, a small medical device start up and sits on the Board of Directors for Stance Socks.
Ms. MacNaughton holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Masters in Industrial Relations from Queen’s University (Canada) and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Authentic to the world of sports, Ms. MacNaughton swam at a national level and competed in the Canadian Olympic Trials. She was an All Canadian athlete in Cross Country as well as Track, and inducted into the Queen’s University Track and Field Hall of Fame. Today, she spends more time on her road bike and in the yoga studio. She has three children aged 15, 11, and 8.
