Arthur Balizan is the Special Agent in Charge (SAC) and the top official in his FBI district, which covers the entire state of Oregon. The FBI is 102 years old this summer, and through the years has seen some dramatic changes in what investigates. As with other FBI offices around the globe, the top priority in Oregon is counter-terrorism followed closely by counter-espionage and cyber crimes. Mr. Balizan will speak about the FBI's work in Oregon and around the world....
